Vertical Acid and Alkali-Resistant Pump (PD /PDS Series)

1. Chemical Pump, also known as a Vertical Self-Priming Chemical Pump or Self-Priming Chemical Pump.
2. The pump and motor are close-coupled, with the pump driven directly by the motor shaft.
3. The pump casing is made of FRPP or PVDF (Teflon), providing excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion caused by acids and alkalis.
4. A check valve is installed inside the suction pipe to prevent liquid from flowing back out of the pump.
5. Equipped with a Teflon mechanical seal that provides effective heat dissipation without requiring an external cooling circulation pipe.
6. The shaft sleeve is specially designed and made of stainless steel with a Teflon coating to help prevent leakage
and helps prevent heat buildup, reducing the risk of chemical explosions.
7. Equipped with dry-run protection to help reduce the risk of pump damage.
8. The pump can handle chemical temperatures up to 65°C for FRPP and 90°C for PVDF.
