Horizontal Self-Priming Acid and Alkali-Resistant Pump (PB Series)

1. Chemical Pump (Chemical pump), also known as a Horizontal Chemical Pump or Self-Priming Chemical Pump.
2. The pump features a self-priming design. The pump and motor are close-coupled, with the impeller driven directly by the motor shaft.
3. The pump casing is made of FRPP or PVDF (Teflon), providing excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion caused by acids and alkalis.
4. A check valve is installed inside the suction pipe to prevent liquid from flowing back out of the pump.
5. Equipped with a Teflon mechanical seal that provides effective heat dissipation without requiring an external cooling circulation pipe.
6. The shaft sleeve is specially designed and made of stainless steel with a Teflon coating to help prevent leakage
and helps prevent heat buildup, reducing the risk of chemical explosions.
7. The pump can handle chemical temperatures up to 65°C for FRPP and 90°C for PVDF.
