Diaphragm Type Metering Pump (BX Series)

1. Diaphragm Chemical Pump, also known as a Chemical Feed Pump, Chemical Dosing Pump, or Metering Pump.
2. The pump casing is available in PVC, SUS, or PVDF. Various materials are available for the liquid-end components, allowing the appropriate material to be selected according to the type of fluid or chemical being handled.
3. Dosing accuracy (repeatability): within ±2%.
4. Dual-cam design for stable and reliable operation.
5. The motor is designed with IP55 protection against water and dust, with Class F insulation. Both single-phase and three-phase motors are available to suit different applications.
6. The diaphragm is made of EPDM with a Teflon coating.
7. The ball valves and valve seals that come into direct contact with the liquid are available in ceramic or stainless steel. The material can be selected to suit the application and the type of chemical being handled.
8. Various piping connection options are available, including flanges, pipes, and union fittings.
