Feature
1. Submersible Aerator, also known as an Underwater Aerator or Submersible Air Aerator.
2. Designed to distribute oxygen in all directions, with 12–14 air outlets arranged around the pump to generate and disperse air bubbles evenly. The unit is also equipped with a debris strainer to help prevent clogging.
3. The motor with IP68 protection against water and dust, and Class F insulation. The motor is designed for continuous submerged operation.
4. The impeller features large vanes that allow solids to pass through easily, helping prevent clogging.
5. Equipped with two sets of mechanical seals: a C/N-type seal located in the oil chamber and an S/N-type seal positioned behind the impeller, helping extend the pump’s service life.
6. The aerator power cable is integrally molded and fitted with a rubber seal to help prevent water from entering the motor.
7. Equipped with a built-in Leakage Detector that detects water leakage inside the pump and automatically cuts off the electrical circuit to help protect the motor from damage.
8. Equipped with a built-in Heat Protector in the motor that automatically cuts off the electrical circuit when excessive temperature or an electrical short circuit is detected, helping protect the motor from damage.
9. Suitable for use with liquids at temperatures up to 40°C.
Application
Use for industrial sewage treatment groundwater aeration, activator sludge waste water treatment process
